Red Light Therapy (RLT) ndi chithandizo chochirikizidwa ndi sayansi, chosavulaza thupi chomwe chili ndi ntchito zambiri zaumoyo ndi thanzi. Nazi mfundo zisanu zofunika zokhudza chithandizo chatsopanochi:
