Kukonzekera khungu lanu bwino musanagwiritse ntchito red light therapy (RLT) kungathandize kuti ligwire bwino ntchito ndikupangitsa kuti zotsatira zake zikhale zabwino.Malangizo 6 ofunikirakukonzekera khungu lanu musanayambe maphunziro:

1.Tsukani Khungu Lanu Bwinobwino

  • Chotsani zodzoladzola, dothi, mafuta, ndi zinthu zosamalira khungu kuti muzitha kuyamwa bwino kuwala.
  • Gwiritsani ntchito chotsukira chofewa kuti musapse mtima—pewani kuchotsa ma exfoliants oopsa musanalandire chithandizo.

2.Chotsani Masamba (Koma Osati Pamaso Pake)

  • Kuwala kwa dzuwa kapena kuwonongeka kwa dzuwa kungapangitse kuti khungu lizimva kuzizira kwambiri.

6.Chotsani Zodzikongoletsera ndi Zowonjezera

  • Chotsani zodzikongoletsera zachitsulo, mawotchi, kapena zinthu zowala zomwe zingasokoneze kuwala.
  • Valani zovala zochepa kapena gwiritsani ntchito magalasi oteteza nkhope ngati mukuchiza nkhope.

Langizo la Bonasi:
